The use of your personal data is only intended to keep you informed of the news of the auction house, prepare your invoices and proceed to the payment of your lots. No bank direct debit can be made without your prior consent. Your bank details will never be forwarded to anyone and will only be used for the payment of your lots. If you don’t want to make changes, you have nothing to do. This will automatically authorize VICHY ENCHÈRES to responsibly use your data.

Vichy Enchères has access to the TEMIS platform operated by Commissaires-Priseurs Multimédia (CPM) for the purposes of handling the recovery of unpaid invoices. In this context, where there is a delay to payment, the personal data of bidders, or their representatives (e.g. name and contact details, auction information, invoices, etc.) may be shared with CPM for the purposes of collecting unpaid amounts. CPM acts as a processor as defined by the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016).
