Meet the team

Vichy Enchères has one of the most important private documentations specialized in musical instruments.

Physical and digital, the documentation includes tens of thousands of instrument sheets, reference works on instrument making, organology and instruments, monographs of luthiers and musicians, exhibition and sales catalogues, specialised periodicals or even dictionaries and archives.

A graduate of the Sorbonne Paris-IV and the Ecole du Louvre, Cécile Alves Convert worked in Paris in the documentation department of the Louvre Museum, the de Bayser expertise office and as a research officer for several galleries. She joined Vichy Enchères in 2020 as a research librarian.
